The primary task of the Debt Recovery System is to conduct efficient recovery processes. The processes can be divided into two main groups. The first one are those that are realized according to strictly defined scenarios (rules). Here we are dealing with exactly defined actions, their time, sequence, etc. The second group of cases are proceedings carried out individually. In these cases, it is the debt collector who determines what action to take and in which time.

Both internal (in-house) collection can be conducted, and collection commissioned to external companies and courts can be monitored in the system.
